In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "okpaly," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at okpaly.cam and its associated services.
• "Member," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the okpaly platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the okpaly platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's okpaly account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a game, event, or outcome made available through the okpaly platform.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the primary transactional currency on the okpaly platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of Members prior to certain account actions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by okpaly at its sole discretion.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okpaly. By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the okpaly Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or additional guidelines published on the platform.

Your continued use of the okpaly platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. okpaly recommends that you save or print a copy for your records.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the okpaly platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your own individual capacity (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or agent of okpaly or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through okpaly or any other gaming operator or regulatory body;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.2 Registration Process

To create an okpaly account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine identification details, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active okpaly account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are subject to immediate suspension. Funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.3 KYC Verification

okpaly is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpaly account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

okpaly will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from okpaly requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify okpaly immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• okpaly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security;
• You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have previously notified okpaly of unauthorized access;
• okpaly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on the okpaly platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). okpaly accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and approved cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Deposits are credited to your okpaly wallet in real time for instant payment methods such as GCash and PayMaya. okpaly does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. okpaly targets a 30-minute processing window for standard withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya; processing times for bank transfers may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

okpaly reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if a Member has not satisfied KYC requirements, if suspicious activity is detected on the account, or if the requested amount includes bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.

5.3 Currency

The okpaly platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and limits are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion services are offered through the platform.

okpaly may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus terms apply to all okpaly promotions unless expressly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Standard wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, slot games contribute 100% and live casino games contribute a lower percentage toward wagering requirements;
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period;
• okpaly reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Member's account;
• Any Member found to be abusing bonus offers — through, for example, multiple account creation, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address is permitted.

All games available on the okpaly platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail for matters specific to gameplay outcomes.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform are final and may not be cancelled or reversed by the Member;
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded in the okpaly server logs shall be deemed definitive, subject to the complaint resolution process;
• okpaly reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, software malfunctions, or manifest pricing errors;
• The payout of any single bet is subject to maximum payout limits as published in the applicable game information panels;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical actions conducted in certified studios and are not subject to RNG. Slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators that have been independently audited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpaly platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or the KYC process;
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity;
• Colluding with other Members or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or bet placement;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening conduct toward okpaly staff or other Members via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming services are prohibited or where doing so would constitute a violation of applicable law.

All content on the okpaly platform — including but not limited to the okpaly brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, marketing materials, text, and structural design — is the intellectual property of okpaly or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okpaly platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from okpaly.

okpaly collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between okpaly and its Members. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the okpaly Privacy Policy.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties — including payment processors, identity verification services, game content providers, and regulatory authorities — to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfill legal obligations. okpaly will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. okpaly is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. The platform recognizes that for a minority of users, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty of care to provide tools and information that support responsible play.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their okpaly account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Loss Limits: Members may configure a maximum net loss threshold per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the okpaly platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent login for the selected period. Contact okpaly support to initiate self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the okpaly platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if okpaly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okpaly's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the okpaly platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpaly does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. okpaly will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and okpaly arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the okpaly platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting okpaly customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines for final adjudication.

For regulated gaming disputes, Members may also refer complaints to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the procedures established under Philippine gaming law.

okpaly reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their okpaly account and will be posted on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the okpaly platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
